Dr. Jeffrey C. Nau is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat specialist (Otolaryngologist) and head and neck surgeon at ENT Associates in Louisville. For over 15 years, Dr. Nau has been dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for both children and adults.

Michael Brown, MD
Dr. Michael J. Brown, a native Kentuckian, was raised in the city of Henderson. He completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Chemistry at Murray State University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors in 1994. He began his postgraduate medical studies at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. After completing his medical degree (M.D.) in 1999, he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society - finishing in the top 10% of his class.
After medical school, he began residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Louisville. While training, he was given the Dr. Burton Cohen Award of Compassionate Care and also served as Chief Resident in 2004. Once completing residency, he began practicing otolaryngology in Louisville and the surrounding areas of Bullitt County in Kentucky and Harrison County in Indiana. Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has served on the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure for the past 10 years and has served as president of the Kentucky ENT society. He is an active member of the Kentucky Medical Association, Jefferson County Medical Society, American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Society, and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Brown has been awarded as Top Doc by his peers in Louisville Magazine 4 times. He has also been featured on a KET/PBS television episode of Kentucky Health regarding pediatric ear tube placement. His clinical interests include pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions; adult and pediatric sinus and sinus treatment; voice disorders; head and neck tumors including parotid, thyroid, and parathyroid disorders; adult ear conditions and sleep disorders. He was the first to use the Coblation and BiZact™ handpieces for tonsillectomy in Louisville.
Dr. Brown continues to provide hospital call coverage at both Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Norton Brownsboro Hospital and has privileges at all Norton Hospitals (pediatric and adult) and UofL Medical Center East. He also provides patients the option of an independent surgical center at Surgecenter of Louisville in the Dupont area of Louisville.
Away from the practice of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Crystal, and his three children - Mason, Ella, and Gabriel. He enjoys swimming, biking, traveling with his family, and watching college athletics.

Carla Renee Fray, PA-C
Carla Renee Fray is a highly experienced and nationally certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) specializing in otolaryngology (ENT) and allergy care. With over 24 years of dedicated service to the Elizabethtown community, she is committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to patients of all ages—from pediatric to geriatric.
