Dr. Scott returned to Louisville in 1993. Recognized as an outstanding clinician and surgeon, he has been named a "Top Doc" and "Top Surgeon" by Louisville Magazine for several years and listed among the "Best Physicians in America" by national publications. He has authored over 30 scientific articles and book chapters and held multiple leadership positions in the Greater Louisville, Kentucky, and American Medical Associations.

Dr. Scott practices all aspects of otolaryngology, with special emphasis on nasal and sinus problems including nasal obstruction, chronic sinusitis, and cosmetic nasal surgery.

He is married and has three children.
