Job Description:
Our mission at Louisville Family ENT, a division of ENT Care Centers, is to provide our community with exceptional Otolaryngology services by supporting our patients with high-quality care rooted in compassion. We want to take care of the patient, not the wallet; we desire to provide the excellent patient-centered care that our community needs.

The general purpose of this position is to support the patient needs in our offices and help achieve our mission with compassionate, competent, and courteous attention to all patients as valued customers.

Under the general supervision of the Office Manager, this position will provide a helpful and welcoming environment to patients in our practice.
